Free bus passes for local children and students

Northampton North Labour is campaigning for free bus passes for children and young people up to the age of 19. It would ease the pressure on family finances and improve bus services. West Northants Council is consulting about bus services. so we're asking them to bring in free passes - like people have elsewhere in the country.
